As the head of community engagement my role is to ensure that Jisc creates and sustains amazing spaces for members to share, learn and collaborate.
I work with community managers across the organisation and at member organisations to support inclusive, appropriately visible, and well thought out community engagement. I also encourage approaches to our work that enable collaboration with our communities - whether for product and service development, co-producing content, or other elements of the member experience.
We want to create vibrant and safe community spaces. Spaces where people are heard, understood, and feel supported. We also want our communities to succeed.
